Booking Policies

Check-in: 2:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late Checkout Hours: 6:00 PM

Late Checkout Fee: THB 500.00

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case the applicant decides to cancel his/her booking at any time before the commencement of a course then SAMMA KARUNA will refund the amount paid as booking/registration fee as follows: – before 90 days: 80% will be refunded – before 60 days: 40% will be refunded – within 60 days: NO refund
Deposits for courses are NON- REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE; however, the applicant may request to change the starting date at no cost during the first change and with a re-booking fee of 75 Euro on any following occasions.
SAMMA KARUNA has a strict NO REFUND Policy in case a student withdraws from Teacher Training/workshop/retreat courses after the training commences under any circumstance
Also, if a training/ workshop/retreat must be abandoned or interrupted due to exceptional circumstances there will not be a refund. However, a student can transfer his/her fees towards any future date within two years of original registration date. In the event that SAMMA KARUNA training, workshop or retreat is canceled 100% of the payment will be refunded.
SAMMA KARUNA accepts no responsibility for flight costs in the event of cancellation of training, workshops or retreats
The organization is not liable for any flight cancellation, rescheduling or delays
Course Update – SAMMA KARUNA reserves the right to alter the course or curriculum and to select staff from a pool of qualified teachers depending upon availability per training
Materials that are part of any training, workshop or retreat including but not limited to the Teacher training manual, the general layout of the SAMMA KARUNA Website, Logos, Trademarks and web pages content are the property of SAMMA KARUNA
Using this information with third parties or for financial gain without full permission of SAMMA KARUNA is strictly prohibited
COVID-19: All courses booked after 24th April 2020 are fully refundable on the event of COVID-19 travel restrictions. Refunds are only applicable to bookings originally done for dates when the travel restriction applies and not for transferred bookings. The participant may be required to provide additional documentation as proof of these restrictions (such as passport/visa photocopy, flight booking ..etc) in order to be entitle to a refund.
